本田　匡

1987年、大学で経営を学んだ後、札幌の広告写真・スタジオYOUに入社
その後、1991年１月、25歳で独立／本田写真事務所を設立

広告写真撮影を漠然と生業としながらある雑誌の取材で料理と出会う
レンズ越しの料理に作り手の「ヒト」が見えることに感動
以来、作り手の想いの宿るモノ、カタチを表現することに快感を覚える
いろいろな想いを感じ、切り取って人に伝える
なんて楽しい写真の仕事なんだろう
想いを感じられるよう今日も精進、精進

TADASHI　 HONDA

After graduating from a university, in 1987, I began to work at YOU, an advertising studio in Sapporo. I started my own studio, Honda Photographic Office in 1991, when I was 25 years old.  Early days in my career, I worked on advertising photography with vague feelings. One day, I realized the joy of taking photos of dishes in an interview of a magazine. I got moved to know that you could grasp cooks’ intentions from dishes’ photo I took.  Since then, I enjoy capturing things, which show creators’ intentions.  Photography is to capture various intentions or feelings and convey them to people.  What a wonderful job!!  I never stop trying to capture many feelings.
